Introduction, Purpose & Location
Together on a Mission is an annual gathering of 5000 delegates from 50 nations for inspiring teaching, worship and ministry. All are welcome. Held in Brighton, UK, the event comprises two conferences which combine for some sessions:
Leadership International for those with a leadership role in church - from pastors to home group leaders, and administrators to children's workers.
Mobilise is specifically for students and twenties.
Who is it for?

We welcome all Christian leaders to Together on a Mission 08, whether the senior pastor of a church of thousands or a leader of a small home group or children’s ministry. Mobilise is for those from 18 to 30. We welcome people from across the nations to both conferences although regretfully we do not offer bursaries.
What is the purpose?
The conferences overlap for some sessions. This creates an atmosphere of maturity and energy which is appropriate for the advance of the Kingdom. Through these conferences we seek to refresh, envision and equip present and future leaders to be more effective in taking the gospel to this generation. By overlapping in some sessions we have the added value of leaders and young adults being able to encourage and provoke one another to greater exploits for God.
What is the ethos?
Underlying the conference is the commission of Jesus to go into all the world with the gospel in the power of Jesus Christ.
1. We are called to mission in our generation.
2. We believe we have been called to preach the word of God faithfully.
3. We
are called to be people of the Spirit of God and seek to give room for
His leading at all times and to experience His refreshing power.
What about Brighton?

the Conference Centre! It is a cosmopolitan city with people from many
nations passing through the various colleges and businesses.
There
are many hotels and restaurants within easy walking distance of the
Centre, and other tourist sites and attractions for those who can
